Testing machines for determining durability

Zwick can supply a variety of testing machines for determining the durability of components or a complete product. These range from machines with a single testing-actuator to servo-hydraulic testing machines for multi-axial fatigue tests and cover a load range from 5 to 2500 kN. Zwick also produces Vibrophores for this field of testing. Fatigue strength can be determined for the tensile and compression limits and for the torsion limit of the component.

Zwick also produces an individual module for all fatigue testing requirements. This consists of actuators, hydraulic power-packs, distribution units, load frames and other accessories. Powerful measurement and control electronics are available in the form of testControl II, while Zwick’s testXpert® testing software provides support during both set-up and performance of tests. As well as standardized products, individual solutions for fatigue tests are always available.

 

 

Servo-hydraulic Testing Machines

These servo-hydraulic testing machines are suitable for tensile, compression and all types of cyclic / fatigue load tests including static, continuous, periodic and random-type loadings.

 

 

Servo-hydraulic Components

Particularly severe demands are placed on servo-hydraulic components during materials and components testing.

 

 

Vibrophores from 5 to 550 kN

Vibrophores are used to determine fatigue strength, with regard to fatigue life and fatigue limit, under tensile, compression, pulsating and alternating loads.
