Five different series are available, in a force range from 200 N to 2,500 kN, all designed for use in a wide range of demanding tests in many different areas of application.

Included among our testing machines up to 5 kN are the zwickiLine and PrecisionLine. The ProLine and AllroundLinematerials testing machines have load frames from 5 to 250 kN. High-capacity testing machines in the E Series, H Series and Y Seriesare available in a force range up to 2,500 kN.

The single-column zwickiLine materials testing machine is specially designed for low test-loads, while its compact layout allows it to be used in a variety of locations. PrecisionLine is the ideal solution wherever high-accuracy measurement of force and travel plus excellent test-result reproducibility are required, for example when testing small compression springs for electro-mechanical components or functional units.

The two-column ProLine universal testing machines are specifically designed for function-testing components and for routine materials testing. AllroundLine universal testing machines are suitable for applications from all areas and guarantee an optimum solution for demanding testing applications, whether in quality control or in research projects.

The ongoing trend towards using ever-stronger materials calls for materials testing machines capable of dealing with these enhanced requirements. For the test-load range above 330 kN there is a choice of three different machine versions with different force levels.
